This is a non-immigrant visa issued by the USCIS that allows a foreign citizen fiancé to travel to the United States to marry his or her U.S. citizen sponsor. The document allows the holder to marry within 90 days of arrival to pursue the adjustment of status for lawful permanent residence.
A K-3 visa is a non-immigrant marriage visa issued by USCIS to allow an alien spouse of a U.S. citizen to enter the country.
